ORC technology is similar to the steam turbine (Rankine cycle using the water), but instead of using water with low boiling points, the ORC system vaporizes a high-molecular-mass organic fluid, resulting in excellent electric performance and several key advantages. System changes waste heat from geothermal, biomass generating facilities and factories into an electricity.
This system achieves high performance in generating electricity by making turbine rotation slower, and preventing the erosion of the components.

We use the tubular heat exchanger rather than using the heat exchanger which has been used in many other waste heat power generation system. Therefore, achieve high durability and gain high reliability and operating rate.
Compared to the plate heat exchanger which has been used typically, the tubular heat exchanger is high-resistance to vibration with droplet and long product life span. It is used for approximately 10 years in Germany.
